The Norwegian Aufguss Championship will be held at Farris Bad from May 1st to 4th, 2025.
Experience Norway’s top aufguss masters competing to be among the two best who will represent Norway in this year’s World Championship final in Italy in September!
A weekend packed with unique sauna shows in Farris Bad’s event sauna, “Alda,” which accommodates over 100 people.
An international jury and world-class guest aufguss masters will deliver a full program of sauna experiences.

The winner will advance to the World Aufguss Championship, where the world's best sauna masters compete against each other. With their themed shows, they battle for the title of "Aufguss Master." All sauna masters are judged by an international jury on various aspects such as theme, scents/dosage, and fan techniques. There are two categories: single and team.
