Yoga - the ancient practice from India that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to promote both physical and mental well-being.
The word "yoga" means "union" and refers to a holistic approach where body, mind, and spirit become one. A delightful form of well-being that improves flexibility, strength, and balance, while reducing stress and promoting mental clarity and emotional calmness.
Our classes are mostly Vinyasa, Meditation on the breath - Calming the mind, Fascia Yoga tune up/Hatha Yoga (variations may occur). Yoga is suitable for all ages and health conditions. Our skilled instructors will guide you through the classes.
