On June 18, we invite you to a deep listening session in the sauna where we will delve into the unique and groundbreaking universe of The Velvet Underground and their iconic album The Velvet Underground & Nico.

We delve into freestyle as a working method and look at how you can create more cohesive, lively, and professional sauna sessions. The focus is on both technique and how you use your body, the space, and the energy in the execution.

Join a fundamental international 2-day course in aromatherapy for saunas. This course provides you with all the knowledge an aufguss master needs to use essential oils safely, effectively, and creatively. The course is considered the standard in the Aufguss community and combines both scientific theory and practical skills that elevate your practice to the next level.
