Conditions for booking
When booking a room the reservation will be held until 4pm the day of arrival. The guest can cancel at no charge until this time.
Separate conditions regarding packages and pre-paid do apply.
- After 4pm the day of arrival, the hotel is entitled to cancel reservations that are not checked if they are not guaranteed by credit card or other payment guarantee, without being required to inform the guest.
- Spa Treatments: There is a 24-hour cancellation deadline for all spa-treatments.
- Exclusive to members of the Choice Club Silver, Gold and Platinum level: Terms as above, but at 9pm instead of 4pm. This applies only to overnight accommodation with breakfast.
- Regarding booking packages, these can be canceled free of charge within 7 days of arrival.
- No show or cancellation after set time will be charged in full.
- By purchasing cancellation insurance for 195, – per room, this will allow the customer to cancel packages free of charge until 4pm the day before arrival.
- “Best price/Pay now (Pre-paid) is unchangeable and non refundable.
- Booking/order, the number of persons, price, lodging, and other products and services are to be provided by the hotel as found in the confirmation.
- Validity of the price agreement: The agreed rates are binding on both parties. However, the hotel reserves the right to adjust prices as a result of changing charges for increased taxes and fees, or other matters beyond the hotel’s control.
- Status – Change and cancellation: All changes must be notified to the hotel in writing to be valid.
- All our packages that include dinner, spa products or treatments have a 7 day cancellation deadline. With a cancellation insurance packages can be canceled until 4pm the day before arrival. Accommodation with breakfast and spa entrance can be canceled free of charge until 4pm on the day of arrival.
- Reservations that are not canceled within the deadlines will be charged.
- Confirmed until 9pm: Applies only to members in Choice Club Silver, Gold and Platinum level. Terms as above but until 9pm instead of 4pm. This applies only to overnight accommodation with breakfast.
- Spa Treatments: There is a 24-hour change and cancellation deadline for all spa-treatments – including those included in packages.
- The reservation is guaranteed by payment from a company or by credit card. The hotel is obliged to offer the guest a room for the booked number of nights. The reservation is charged in full if the room is not cancelled or in case of no show.
- Prepayment is paid according to the conditions stated in the section comments in the confirmation.
- The agreed price is settleted on arrival.
- Bank guarantee for the total estimated cost shall be received in accordance with the terms set out in the comments section of the confirmation. In the event of late payment, interest accrues pursuant to the Norwegian interest on arrears Act. The hotel reserves the right to claim a deposit.
The use of accommodations: Booked hotel rooms are guaranteed to be ready for check-in after 4:00 pm on arrival day and may be available until 12:00 on the day of departure. The rooms can be arranged by appointment with the hotel before and beyond this time. Late check-out costs NOK 350, –
Liability for damage: The orderer is liable for damage to premises due to negligence or irresponsible behavior by the guests.
Force majeure: Events beyond the hotel’s control – such as strike, lockout, fire, etc. that make it impossible to fulfill the obligations of this agreement – entitle you to terminate the agreement without economic liability.
- Resistance: Any disputes that may arise between the parties to this agreement or for any other reason or between guests and the hotel shall be dealt with in accordance with Norwegian law. If the dispute is not resolved, the property’s jurisdiction shall apply.
Deposit: The hotel reserves the right to ask for a deposit or card guarantee.

This information will in no way be used for commercial purposes, just to understand the true needs of the guest to provide the best possible service.
