In a gentle pace and comfortable temperature, a deep meditative state is created.

Every month during the full moon, the sauna masters at Farris Bad offer a guided journey that harnesses the energy of the full moon to support you with your healing intention. The sauna ceremony starts at 10:15 PM in our event sauna and lasts for approximately 1.5-2 hours. A gentle pace and comfortable temperature create a deep meditative state. (Sign-up sheets inside the spa prior to the ritual).
