Bike Weekend with Jonas Abrahamsen

In collaboration with Jonas Abrahamsen, we have put together a unique experience for you as a cycling enthusiast. This is your chance to gain insight into his success story, hear about the experiences from the challenging 2023 season & amazing 2024 season, and how it felt during this year's magical Tour de France. Here you can learn more about cycling technique, nutrition, mental and physical training, and anything else you might be curious about.

On Sunday morning after breakfast, the whole group will join Jonas for one of his training sessions of about 100km, starting and ending at Farris Bad. Everyone brings their own bike.

Requirements: You should be able to cycle for 4 hours at an average speed of 28-30 km/h to participate.

BIKE WEEKEND includes:

• room/breakfast
• spa access
• 2-course dinner on Saturday
• lecture with Jonas Abrahamsen at 9:00 pm on Saturday
• training ride with Jonas Abrahamsen on Sunday.
• activity schedule in the spa

Saturday's Program:

• Arrival: Check-in at the hotel at 4:00 pm
• Spa: Relaxation and tranquility
• Evening: individual dinner followed by an inspiring conversation at 9:00 pm with Jonas Abrahamsen about his pro journey and experiences. Overview of planned route for Sunday and opportunity for questions and answers.
  
  Sunday's Program:
• Morning: communal breakfast .
• Bike: 10:00 am Guided bike ride with Jonas through beautiful routes in the area, including challenging Strava segments.
• Recovery/Spa: Opportunity for individual conversations with Jonas and conclusion of the bike weekend with recovery in the spa
