Description:
This advanced course is for those who wish to create holistic and sensory sauna experiences with herbs, plants, and essential oils. The course builds on Level 1 and is suitable for sauna masters who want to evolve from conducting an aufguss to creating a complete experience with clear goals, themes, and effects.

Through theory and practical exercises, you will learn how different plants and essential oils can affect the body and mind, and how you can use their properties to enhance the health-promoting effects of the sauna. We will look at how active compounds such as essential oils, tannins, saponins, and flavonoids can be extracted and used in, among other things, aufguss, peeling, tonics, herbal tea, and other ritual elements.

The course provides insight into how you can combine various scents, products, and techniques to create a deeper and more therapeutic sauna experience tailored to different energies, needs, and themes. Throughout the weekend, you will gain practical experience, inspiration, and concrete tools to further develop your own sauna rituals.

The course requires completion of Level 1: Aromen Essential Oils LEVEL 1 - Working with essential oils in the sauna.

You will learn to:

Create unique and therapeutic experiences by using essential oils and herbs integrated into sauna rituals.

Blend and develop your own oil mixtures and formulations, tailored to specific needs and desired effects.

Understand the physiological and emotional effects of different essential oils and how these can be utilized in a sauna setting.

Apply theory about rituals and product use in practical exercises to be able to develop and perform successful and effective ceremonies.

What you should bring
Bathrobe, towels, fan/aufguss towel, aufguss peshtemal or kilt, phone or tablet to install the app.
