This course is for advanced participants who have already completed Sauna LVL 1 and preferably also product courses. Here, we delve into the practical execution of longer, more complex ceremonies in the sauna, focusing particularly on the steam process, tool use, intention, and narrative structure. We explore how to work with the elements in the sauna, and how the movement of air and steam can create magical moments.

The course provides participants with a thorough understanding of how contrasts – such as heat and cold – affect the body on a physiological level, and how these can be effectively used to enhance the healing effect of the ritual. You will learn to:

Create a holistic and in-depth experience for both yourself and your guests through carefully planned rituals.

Use techniques that combine steam, temperature, and air currents to enhance the physiological effect.

Integrate narrative structures and intentions into the ceremonies to make the experience more meaningful and holistic.

Through this course, you will gain the tools and skills required to master the entire process of ritual implementation, thereby creating an optimal sauna experience that both soothes and revitalizes.
