Sauna Course - Essential Oils with Aromen, Level 2

The course dives deep into the theoretical and practical use of essential oils, how to blend them with other ingredients to create mixtures that are both effective and harmonious.

You will learn to:
Create unique and therapeutic experiences using essential oils and herbs that are integrated into sauna rituals.
Blend and develop your own oil mixtures and concoctions, tailored to specific needs and desired effects.
Understand the physiological and emotional effects of different essential oils and how these can be utilized in a bathhouse setting for maximum benefit.
Apply theory of rituals and product use in practical exercises, in order to develop and perform successful and effective ceremonies.
The course focuses on how you can create a deep, therapeutic experience using essential oils in the sauna, specifying the effects of various oils on body and mind. It will also provide you with insights on how to mix different oils to create the perfect blend for different energies and needs.
