Join us for a deep listening sauna session as we step into the haunting, intimate world of Nirvana – MTV Unplugged in New York.

On this evening, we’ll let the steam rise, the heat settle, and our minds open as we experience one of the most vulnerable and unforgettable live recordings in modern music. Our Unplugged Reflections: A Deep Listening Journey Through ‘Nirvana Unplugged’ is about connecting with its atmosphere, its quiet tension, and its fragile beauty.

Recorded in November 1993, just months before Kurt Cobain’s passing, Unplugged in New York stripped Nirvana’s music down to its core. Gone were the walls of distortion – what remained was something raw and human. Songs like About a Girl, The Man Who Sold the World, and Where Did You Sleep Last Night reveal Cobain’s voice at its most exposed aching, tender, and real. In the warmth of the sauna, each breath, each tremor, each silence between notes will hang in the air like smoke, drawing us deeper into the emotion behind the sound.

This is an invitation to slow down, to breathe, and to listen deeply,  to the fragility, honesty, and timeless resonance of a performance that transcended music itself.
