This is a time dedicated to deep peace, silence, and inner balance, where the entire hall transforms into a meditative space filled with warmth, safety, and vibration.

This event is open to everyone – families, young people, adults, and seniors. Here you can lie down, find a comfortable spot, and let your body sink into a space where time stands still.

What is a gong journey?

A gong journey is a meditative sound experience where large gongs create waves of vibration that move through the room and the body. The sound is both powerful and soft, giving a feeling of being “carried” by resonance. Many describe it as an inner journey – an opportunity to release mental noise, find peace, and connect with a deeper layer of oneself.

The vibrations of the gong affect the nervous system, lower stress levels and invite a state of rest that is rare in a busy everyday life. It is not a concert, and not a yoga class – it is a sensory experience of sound, silence, and presence.

The spring halls will be transformed this afternoon into a quiet, warm, and meditative space. The lights will be dimmed, the atmosphere will be soft and safe, and you can lie down on mats or sit comfortably.
