Working with hydrolates, fresh herbs, teas, and botanical mixtures
Safe and effective use of herbs in sauna and steam bath
How to compose and build herb-based rituals
How to enhance the sauna experience with scents, textures, and temperature
Tools and techniques to create professional, safe, and sensory experiences
Program
Day 1 – Theory & Basic Understanding
Introduction to herbs in heat and sweating protocols
Properties and active substances in various herbs
Hydrolates, tinctures, infusions, and teas
Raw materials for scrubs: salts, sugar, oils, clay, plant extracts
Safety and proper use of ingredients
Day 2 – Practice & Ritual Building
Create your own body scrubs and masks
Combine herbs and botany into harmonious mixtures
Practical rituals in sauna/steam bath
Introduction to techniques for application and presentation
Designing your own herb-based sauna ceremonies

The course will be held in English (Norwegian if necessary)
Limited number of participants for good individual guidance
All necessary raw materials and equipment are included
Course booklet will be distributed upon arrival
