Welcome to two inspiring and practical course days at Farris Bad, where you will learn the fundamental principles of Nordic Wellness Massage.

The course gives you an introduction to basic massage techniques, functional anatomy, body awareness, and how to create a relaxing treatment with good flow. Through our unique learning approach, Feel the Flow, you will first experience the massage as a whole before we delve into the individual techniques.

With approximately 80% practical training, you will develop confidence in your hands, improve your working position and body mechanics, and learn to adapt pressure and techniques to different bodies and individual needs.

We also place great emphasis on professional guest treatment, good communication, consultation, and how to create a safe and personalized wellness experience.

• Understand functional anatomy through practical exploration.
• Develop rhythm, flow, and smooth transitions between techniques.
• Adapt pressure and techniques to different body types and needs.
• Use good working positions and correct body mechanics.

• Communicate professionally and ensure guest comfort.

Practical information

The course is held over two days, with practical teaching from 09:00 to 17:30 on both days.

Course materials: Available in Norwegian and English.
