Technique. Flow. Expression. 

This course is for you who already have experience as a sauna master and want to develop further. You have a good foundation – now it’s about consciously working on details, flow, and how you convey the experience to the guests.

We delve into freestyle as a working method and look at how you can create more cohesive, lively, and professional sauna sessions. The focus is on both technique and how you use your body, the space, and the energy in the execution.

What will you learn?

The course builds on what you already know:

• Conscious use of freestyle elements in the sauna session
• Transitions that create flow and coherence
• Building dynamics throughout the session
• One-hand techniques with a focus on control and precision
• Interaction between classical techniques and freestyle
• Further development of your personal style

Practical Execution

This is a practical course with a small group and close follow-up.

You will work actively throughout the course, with exercises, guidance, and concrete feedback. The goal is for you to have the time and space to develop your own skills in practice.

Entry Requirements

The course is for sauna masters with basic skills and a minimum of one year of experience.

Participation is based on selection.

To apply, you need to send a short video (about 30 seconds) – either from practice or a brief presentation of yourself.

You will receive an intensive course focused on development in practice, aimed at making you more confident, clearer, and more conscious in the role of sauna master – and providing you with tools to create sauna sessions with good flow and a personal expression.
